Delicious lunch today!! Cumin roasted sweet potato cubes, zucchini, and red pepper strips over sautéed spinach with half an avocado, topped with fresh cracked pepper and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast! Also had a big, refreshing mango-cucumber green juice on the side 💚 #meals

Breakfast was a strawberry, mango, banana smoothie and a sweet panini, which was mascarpone cheese and fig jam pressed in brioche bread and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

I had a new full-fat yogurt today!
For whatever dumb ED reason, I can eat cookies and have unmeasured butter on whatever but I have a LOT of trouble with full fat yogurts. I accidently bought this full fat one in my recent effort to try some new flavors but decided to conquer it anyway. This one was SO GOOD! It was caffe latte flavor and it was totally delicious. Rich and not too sweet, without too much of a sour greek yogurt taste.

Turkey Avocado and Goat Cheese Panini
This is the penne alla vodka that I posted B was making for me last night. It was totally yummy— better than a restaurant. Instead of asparagus, he asked me to make broccoli the only way he likes it… But don’t tell anyone that he ate broccoli! I regret this meal 0% and would be a very happy camper if I’d been sent home with leftovers.
